My role at Verdantas simply put is to work with our operations team to build a enriching experience for our employees.  That takes all forms from how people are onboarded, developed, included and celebrated for their diverse perspectives, and treated as an individual throughout their time with us.  It also involves creating benefit programs to support people in their need for time away from work and insurance programs to support their health and wellness.

Prepare specific examples of your skills and abilities.  Don't be afraid to talk through what you've learned when things haven't gone as planned. Those experiences are valuable!

I have been a part of several companies prior to Verdantas and each has given me different experiences that I add to how I approach Human Resources.  I believe our team exists to support our employees and enable to business to operate smoothly.  I have worked in companies large and small in service industries, consumer packaged goods, and retail.  I have now been in the consulting world for 9 years all with our company.

We want people to be solution-oriented, creative thinkers.  Bring your ideas and diverse perspectives on how we do work.  Share examples of how you have identified process improvements or new, more efficient ways of working.  We want people who will help us move ahead and enjoy being part of a team.
