What I do at Verdantas
In my role as the National Project Delivery Leader, I direct my focus towards the continuous improvement of project management processes. My goals are to ensure that our practices remain agile and adaptable, facilitating the seamless integration of new team members during a period of rapid acquisitional growth, boosting profitability, and cultivating a people-centric culture.
I firmly believes that technology serves as a cornerstone in effective project management. By incorporating innovative tools and systems into our workflows, we can optimize outcomes, operate more efficiently, and ensure that our team remains at the forefront in our industry.
I worked closely alongside Jesse Kropelnicki in his role as COO to create and successfully launch the Project Delivery Support Organization. This important initiative has not only streamlined our operations but also bolstered project profitability while mitigating overall risk. Importantly, it has fostered a culture where project managers receive enhanced support through the provision of essential tools, guidance, and resources. I worked with team members across the organization to develop and launch an internal project management training program, ensuring that our project managers are well-equipped to understand and fulfill their roles in achieving our strategic objectives.

Who am I?
My progression from Engineer to Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Department Leader, and finally to National Project Delivery Leader has equipped me with a comprehensive view of the opportunities and challenges that define our industry, each role serving as a steppingstone in her transformation into a dynamic and adaptable leader.
