A.J. Speicher

I have several different roles within the company.  I am a Sr. Project Manager looking to complete projects on-time, under budget, and with no errors.  I manage the Mechanical Engineering Discipline where I help guide the careers of those in the group.  I am also a Service Leader in the Facilities business unit looking to meet and help new clients in the pharmaceutical, glass, food & beverage, and building products sectors.

There is so much opportunity now with joining Verdantas that new employees have many options for career trajectories.  

After graduating from Penn State, I started my career in the Philadelphia area completing designs/installs for building automation systems for pharmaceutical clients.  I have been at Borton-Lawson / Verdantas for 17 years now and really enjoy using technology to enhance designs and assist in the guidance of staff careers.

I tell everyone, whether new or experienced, that they need to focus on the "Power of CLEAN" to build a career legacy:

E = empathy
A = always learning
N = networking
Getting better in each of these areas will enhance what you can bring to the table, both at work and at home.  I stress these items with everyone on my team.
